Toklat Advisory is led by Jack Jones, a healthcare operating executive. He held direct responsibility for the systems, teams, and results behind a PE-backed healthcare services platform’s growth from 15 to more than 550 locations across 25+ states, integrating more than 20 acquisitions. He holds an MBA from Emory University.

Experience across the business. Multisite operations, M&A integration, commercial growth, and organizational transformation, including executive responsibility for clinical quality across a $1 billion healthcare enterprise. He has owned the outcomes, not just advised on them.

How Jack works. Directly with owners, investors, and leadership teams. He starts with the decision that matters, examines the operating constraints candidly, and works inside the business—from strategy through execution—to build the team and management system, lead implementation, and leave behind durable capability.

Who Toklat serves. Founder-led and owner-operated healthcare businesses, private equity firms, and portfolio companies and their leadership.

Jack Jones, founder of Toklat Advisory

Why Toklat. Pronounced toe-klat. Toklat Advisory takes its name from a glacier-fed river that runs north out of the Alaska Range, through Denali National Park, and into a larger river system that eventually reaches the Yukon.

Founder Jack Jones has spent weeks in the Alaskan wilderness, including a week in Denali’s backcountry with only what he could carry. The Toklat and Little Toklat rivers guided him through dense alders and rugged ground. Their course offered direction; finding his own route took judgment and adaptation at every turn.

That experience shapes how Toklat Advisory works. Every business has its own terrain and its own course forward. We help founders, leadership teams, and their investors find theirs, with the judgment, persistence, and adaptability to build, scale, and transform.
